通过对五种基因型玉米在授粉后30天内籽粒灌浆过程的研究,认为不同类型的玉米籽粒灌浆差异主要表现在量上。普通玉米、糯性玉米的灌浆速度快,强度大,失水也快;甜玉米相对地灌浆速度慢,失水也慢。授粉后10~20天是各类型玉米籽粒鲜重、干重增加的最大时期。灌浆过程中,鲜重、干重和水分的变化都表现出“慢-快-慢”的“S”形生长曲线。
By studying the grain filling process of five genotypes of maize within 30 days after pollination, it is considered that the difference of grain filling among different types of maize is mainly manifested in quantity. Ordinary corn, waxy corn filling speed, strength, loss of water faster; relatively slow filling of sweet corn, dehydration is also slow. From 10 to 20 days after pollination, it is the maximum period of fresh weight and dry weight of all kinds of corn grains. In the process of filling, fresh, dry weight and water changes showed “slow-fast-slow” “S” shaped growth curve.
