江苏无锡市公路管理局除官荣:员工竞争上岗是用工方式的转变,也要求员工的思维方式相应转变,变“指令式”为“指导式”,变“封闭式”为“开放式”。这种思想转变的任务就落在企业思想政治工作肩上。要在提高员工政治思想素质的传统工作内容之中,引入竞争观念、效益观念。
