根据1976年冶金科技重点项目的有关安排,由原桂林冶金地质研究所负责,与上海热处理厂和冶金地质会战指挥部协作,开展地质管中频调质处理技术的试验研究工作.经过两年多的努力,基本上解决了加热、冷却、矫直与材质适应性等有关技术问题,对不同材质的多种地质管的中频调质试验均获成功.为此,冶金部地质同于1978年12月上旬在桂林主持召开了“地质管的中频调质处理技术鉴定会”.冶金部、一机部、三机部所属有关单位的代表参加了会议.会议听取了试验单位所作的关于地质管中频调质处理试验的技术报告,对试验单位提供的技术资料及数据进行了全面审查,一致认为该项技术是成功的.会议通过了地质管中频调质处理技术鉴定书.
According to the relevant arrangement of the 1976 Metallurgical Science and Technology Key Project, the former Guilin Institute of Metallurgy and Geology will be responsible for conducting the experimental research work of the geochemical tube intermediate frequency quenching and tempering processing technology in collaboration with the Shanghai Heat Treatment Plant and the Metallurgical Geological Combat Headquarters. Representatives of the relevant units of the Ministry of Metallurgy, the First Machine Division, and the Third Division participated in the meeting. The meeting heard about the geological units conducted by the test unit. The technical report of the intermediate frequency quenching and tempering treatment test conducted a comprehensive review of the technical data and data provided by the testing unit, and they all agreed that the technology was successful. The meeting passed the geochemical tube intermediate frequency adjustment and processing technology appraisal book.
