本文通过钢纤维混凝土检查井盖生产原材料的选择,配合比的确定,生产工艺的选择,生产出的井盖具有强度高、耐酸碱、抗老化、耐磨性较好等特点;在钢筋骨架和钢纤维混凝土的共同作用下,能有效地减轻地表负荷,井盖不易破碎,安全性能好,使用寿命长;其重量较重且钢纤维混凝土抗冲击能力较好,抗震性好,道路使用不会跳盖;价格便宜,成本较低,无再次利用价值可避免偷盗,有着很高的社会效益和经济效益。
