目的:研究贲门癌不同生长特性和类型中间质微血管密度和细胞增殖活性。方法:40例贲门癌切除标本,肿瘤区和非肿瘤区分别取材。HE染色和Ⅷ因子相关抗原及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)行免疫组化染色。镜下计量肿瘤区和非肿瘤区Ⅱ、不同大体类型、分化程度、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移的微血管密度和细胞增殖指数。结果:肿瘤区微血管密度(58±27)/mm~2和细胞增殖指数(69±32)%高于非肿瘤区(P<0.01)。低分化腺癌微血管密度最高,粘液腺癌微血管密度和细胞增殖指数低于低分化腺癌组(P<0.05),浸润达肌层和浆膜层的肿瘤微血管密度高于位于粘膜层和粘膜下层的肿瘤(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的肿瘤微血管密度和细胞增殖指数高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论:贲门癌微血管密度和细胞增殖指数与肿瘤生长特性和淋巴结转移密切相关。
Objective: To study the different growth characteristics and types of gastric cardia mesenchymal microvessel density and cell proliferation activity. Methods: Forty cases of gastric cardia resection specimens, tumor area and non-tumor area were drawn. HE staining and Ⅷ factor-related antigen and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) immunohistochemical staining. Microscopic measurement of tumor area and non-tumor area Ⅱ, different general types, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis with microvessel density and cell proliferation index. Results: Microvessel density (58 ± 27) / mm ~ 2 and cell proliferation index (69 ± 32)% in tumor area were higher than those in non - tumor area (P <0.01). Microvessel density was the highest in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the microvessel density and cell proliferation index of mucinous adenocarcinoma were lower than those in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). The microvessel density of tumors that infiltrated the myometrium and serosa was higher than those in the mucosa and submucosa Of the tumors (P <0.05). The tumor microvessel density and cell proliferation index with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusions: Microvessel density and cell proliferation index of cardia cancer are closely related to tumor growth characteristics and lymph node metastasis.
