精细化工是化学和石油工业开展深加工的产业,具有更新换代速度快、品种多的特点,其产品商品性强、质量要求高,属于技术密集性产业。精细化工生产企业重视新产品和新技术的开发与应用,重视技术性服务,其成本控制的难度较大。本文在阐述精细化工生产企业开展成本控制重要性的基础上,对成本控制的现状进行分析,并进一步研究完善成本控制的策略和具体措施。
Fine chemical industry is chemical and petroleum industries to carry out deep processing of the industry, with a faster replacement, more varieties of characteristics of their products strong, high quality requirements, are technology-intensive industries. Fine chemical manufacturing enterprises attach importance to the development and application of new products and technologies, and attach importance to technical services, which make it more difficult to control costs. On the basis of elaborating the importance of the cost control of fine chemicals manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of cost control and further studies the strategies and concrete measures of cost control.
