随着工农业的飞速发展,我国的电子工业发展很快,电子技术得到了广泛的应用。我厂的广大工人及技术人员在大连组合机床研究所的热情帮助下,试制成功了一种无触点主轴定位器,应用在加工518—60拖拉机变速箱体的组合镗床上(见图1)。经一年左右时间的生产使用,证明效果良好,与机械传动的主轴定位器相比,有体积小、制造简单、操作方便、造价低等优点。
With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, China’s electronics industry has developed rapidly, and electronic technology has been widely used. The majority of workers and technicians in our factory successfully developed a non-contact spindle locator with the help of Dalian Combined Machine Tool Research Institute and applied it to the combination boring machine for processing 518-60 tractor transmission body (see Figure 1) . After about a year of production and use, to prove good results, compared with the mechanical drive spindle locator, a small size, simple manufacture, easy operation, low cost and so on.
