以‘新优亮K21’黄瓜为试验材料,采用5种光质(红R、蓝B、红蓝比7R/1B、红蓝比5R/1B、自然光CK)对种子及幼苗进行处理,研究了不同光质对黄瓜种子萌发、幼苗生长及幼苗抗寒性的影响,以期筛选对黄瓜生长最优的光质。结果表明:R处理下种子发芽率最高,比CK高25.98%,且株高、鲜质量、干质量、根长等指标都随着复合光之中红光所占比例增大而逐渐增大,株高以R处理最高,比CK高1.23cm;茎粗以7R/1B处理最好,比CK高0.43mm;根长以7R/1B处理最大,比CK长1.00cm;幼苗经低温处理后,各处理相对叶绿素含量、电解质渗透率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均发生变化,且在处理第5天存在显著性差异,抗寒性表现最优的光质为5R/1B。综合以上情况得出,对黄瓜生长发育最优光质处理为5R/1B和7R/1B。
The seedlings and seedlings were treated with 5 kinds of light quality (red R, blue B, red and blue ratio 7R / 1B, red and blue ratio 5R / 1B, natural light CK) using ’New Bright K21’ cucumber as test material. The effects of different light quality on cucumber seed germination, seedling growth and cold tolerance of cucumber seedlings were studied in order to screen the best light quality for cucumber growth. The results showed that the seed germination rate was the highest under R treatment, 25.98% higher than that of CK, and the indexes such as plant height, fresh weight, dry weight and root length all increased with the proportion of red light in the composite light. The plant height was the highest in R treatment, 1.23 cm higher than CK. The stem diameter was the best at 7R / 1B and 0.43mm higher than CK. The root length was the largest at 7R / 1B and 1.00cm longer than CK. After low temperature treatment, The relative chlorophyll content, electrolyte permeability, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity and catalase (CAT) activity of all the treatments changed, and there was significant difference on the 5th day Difference, the best performance of cold hardiness for the 5R / 1B. Based on the above, we concluded that the best quality treatments for cucumber growth were 5R / 1B and 7R / 1B.
