针对不同粉煤灰掺量、不同砂率和预湿程度对陶粒混凝土强度的影响进行试验研究,并进行分析。试验结果表明:当粉煤灰替代水泥的质量不超过30%时,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,混凝土的初期强度降低,但对混凝土28d抗压强度影响不大。砂率为40%~50%时,同一砂率下凝结时间随预湿时间增加而增长;预湿时间相同,凝结时间随砂率增大而缩短;但对混凝土28d抗压强度影响不大。
The effects of different fly ash contents, different sand rates and pre-wetting degrees on the strength of ceramsite concrete were studied and analyzed. The test results show that when the mass of fly ash instead of cement is less than 30%, the initial strength of concrete decreases with the increase of fly ash content, but it has little effect on the compressive strength of concrete at 28d. When the sand rate is 40% -50%, the setting time increases with the pre-wetting time under the same sand rate. The same pre-wetting time results in the shortening of the setting time as the sand rate increases. However, it has little effect on the compressive strength of concrete at 28d.
