目的:探究在托幼机构中运用医教结合的模式对保教人员及家长进行有关健康教育的实施效果。方法:在医教结合的模式下,采用定期向家长和保教人员进行健康教育、医生进院咨询、定期开展大型咨询活动以及健康教育专家讲座的方式提高家长健康知识水平和工作人员的工作效率效果,另外通过问卷调查的方式统计和分析医教结合方案的实施效果和作用。结果:开展活动和问卷调查后,教师在关于儿童健康教育问题的回答准确率高于家长,另外,在调查中暴露了诸多的家长和教师的问题(表2)。结论:通过开展医教结合下的健康教育活动有效的提高了家长对孩子健康教育知识的知晓和掌握程度,也对保教人员的工作态度和工作效果有着极大的促进作用。历时两年活动的开展对于孩子的健康成长以及自身健康知识的了解有着重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the implementation effect of health education on insurance officers and their parents by using the combination of medical education and teaching in kindergartens and nurses. Methods: With the combination of medical education and teaching mode, the methods of regular health education to parents and co-operatives, admission of doctors to hospital, regular large-scale consultation activities and lectures of health education experts were adopted to improve the effect of parents’ health knowledge and work efficiency In addition, through the way of questionnaire survey and analysis of the effectiveness of medical education and implementation of the program and its role. Results: After conducting activities and questionnaires, the accuracy rate of teachers in answering questions about children’s health education was higher than that of parents. In addition, many parents and teachers were exposed in the survey (Table 2). Conclusion: Through the health education activities under the combination of medicine and education, parents’ awareness and mastery of children’s health education knowledge is effectively improved, and the work attitude and work effect of the education staff are also greatly promoted. After two years of activities carried out for the healthy growth of children and their own understanding of health knowledge is of great significance.
