Lawyer system originated in ancient Rome. In ancient China until the end of the Qing dynasty, we introduced a lawyer system from the West. After the founding of new China, our country’s lawyer system has not been greatly developed. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with the quickening construction of the legal system, it has only really begun to take the normal development track until the 1980s. For more than 20 years, the pace of development of our country’s lawyer system has been staggering.
