我厂生产的铸态珠光体球铁曲轴,采用无芯工频感应电炉熔化,凹坑冲入法处理,处理温度为1510~1540℃。球化剂过去一直使用稀土镁硅铁合金(含硅38~44%),加入量为1.7~1.8%。孕育剂是75Si—Fe,大包内孕育,加入量为0.55~0.7%。由球化剂和孕育剂带入的硅量为1.1%左右。为满足铸态珠光体球铁曲轴终硅量1.8~2.1%要求,工艺规定原铁水含硅量为0.9~1.1%。尽管工艺规定用低硅(0.6~0.9%)生铁,炉料配比中球铁回炉料的用量最多为28%,仅占球铁回炉料工艺定额的72.3%,多余的球铁回炉料以往都用于生产灰铸铁件,得不到充分合理地利用。1984年我厂应英国铸铁学会邀请,参加国际铸造学术会议,对英国 Foseco 公司生产的无硅球化剂感到兴趣,
