目的分析公安消防某部新兵集训期伤病发生时间分布特点,探索有效预防措施。方法参照第10版《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》(ICD-10)标准进行疾病分类。采用SPSS11.0进行数据分析。指标采用昼夜发病率。结果 2009、2010年度前5顺位均为呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、军事训练损伤、皮肤皮下组织系统疾病和某些传染病寄生虫病,其中2009年度消化系统疾病、皮肤皮下组织系统疾病和传染性疾病的发病均高于2010年度。前5顺位系统疾病在两年度中均于开训后2~3周出现第1次发病高峰,其中,呼吸系统疾病、军事训练损伤和消化系统疾病的发病达到最高峰,皮肤皮下组织系统疾病和传染性疾病的发病最高峰则推迟至训练的第5~6周。结论早期重视适应性训练,季节变换时加强呼吸系统疾病预防,严格落实饮食卫生制度,加强士兵的心理素质训练,贯穿皮肤病防治教育,有望降低集训期新兵各类伤病的发生。
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of injury time of recruits in public security and fire department and explore effective preventive measures. Conclusions Early emphasis on adaptive training, seasonal changes to strengthen the prevention of respiratory disease, strict implementation of the diet health system, to enhance soldiers psychological quality training, prevention and treatment of dermatology education is expected to reduce the training of recruits all kinds of injuries occurred.
