通过实验对比法、专家访谈法及文献资料法,对初中阶段学生在体育课上的素质拓展活动进行研究和分析。研究发现:素质拓展活动是传统体育课程向敞开式学习转变的学习过程,教师从主动教授教学内容向引导学生自主学习的转变,使学生体会到体育的快乐,通过活动的形式发现学生自身的潜能,培养和提高学生的沟通协作能力和团队与集体意识,促进和发展学生自信、友善、团结等优良品格,渗透德育教育,从而培养学生终身体育的良好习惯。本文旨在通过素质拓展活动对初中阶段学生提高体能、塑造性格、增进团队协作能力等方面进行初探和摸索,为从事基层体育教学工作者提供理论参考依据。
Through the experimental contrast method, the expert interviews and the literature method, the junior middle school students in the physical education quality development activities are studied and analyzed. The study found that: the quality of development activities is the traditional physical education curriculum to open learning changes in the learning process, teachers from active teaching content to guide students to change their own learning so that students appreciate the joy of sports through activities in the form of discovering their own potential , Cultivate and improve students ’communication and collaboration skills and teamwork and collective awareness, promote and develop students’ self-confidence, goodwill, solidarity and other fine qualities, and infiltrate moral education so as to cultivate good habits of lifelong students. The purpose of this paper is to explore and explore the improvement of physical fitness, personality building and teamwork ability of junior middle school students through the quality development activities, so as to provide theoretical reference for the teaching of grassroots PE teachers.
