一、前言马钢热轧窄带钢生产线投产于上世纪80年代末。年设计能力10万吨,截止到2003年,产量已达32万吨,产品规格为2.2~5.0×110~220mm,轧制钢种为普碳钢、低合金钢,轧机布置形式为粗轧机,由(?)510×1500两架横列式布置和精轧一立二平一立四平八架轧机所组成的半连续式生产机组。该生产线的轧后工序采用了蛇形套冷却、立式卷取工艺,即带钢轧出成品机架后,通过扭转导板将带钢翻转90°,竖立于导槽中,经1#夹送辊由分岔导板将轧件分别导入长期工作制的1#或2#振荡器,并在1#或2#平板运输机上使带钢形成连续式蛇形套送往立式卷取机进行卷取(见图1)。作为该生产线轧后工序中的“咽喉”部位:分岔装置。它在生产中工作性能的稳定性是直接关系到轧机产能的
