In recent years, there have been many reports on the analysis of the incidence of malignant neoplasms and related risk factors. However, no information has been reported on the incidence of neoplasms among hospital employees. To this end, we conducted a retrospective survey of the incidence of malignant tumors in a hospital from 1964 to 1993 and report the findings as follows. I. Sources of information We took a look at the medical records and asked about the number of cases, gender, age, occupational distribution of malignant tumors in the hospital from 1964 to 1993 in the hospital health department, human resources department, financial department, and family members of the patients and survivors themselves.
