一、听鼓声换手运球目的:均衡发展学生左、右手原地运球的能力。方法及规则:持球姿势准备,听到一声鼓响右手运球,听到两声鼓响换成左手运球,听到密集的鼓声则变为低运球。教学效果:在复习原地运球的基础上,通过鼓声提示学生运球中进行换手,增加原地运球练习的趣味性。教学建议:1.游戏前,学生先集体展示右手原地运球,教师根据学生已有的运球水平,纠正、规范运球的动作后再进行换手运球的练习;2.导入游戏时的语言:“让我们来点小变化——听鼓声换手运球,请同
