研究了热加工变形量对全密度热等静压粉末冶金高速钢的力学性能和热塑性的影响。研究发现,热等静压态的粉末冶金高速钢的拉伸性能、冲击韧性、弯曲强度和热塑性比较差。因此,进一步进行热加工变形是必要的,以便改善热等静压态材料的颗粒结构和粉末冶金高速钢的特性。借助于热扭转试验研究了热塑性。结果表明,粉末冶金高速钢的性能优于一般铸锻高速钢。
The effect of hot working deformation on the mechanical properties and thermoplastic properties of full density hot isostatic pressing powder metallurgy high speed steel was studied. The study found that the hot isostatic pressing powder metallurgy high-speed steel tensile properties, impact toughness, bending strength and poor thermoplastic. Therefore, further hot working deformation is necessary in order to improve the grain structure of the hot isostatic pressing material and the properties of the powder metallurgy high-speed steel. Thermoplasticity was investigated by means of a hot torsion test. The results show that the performance of powder metallurgy HSS is better than that of cast HSS.
