有人说,课改成也教师,败也教师。新课程全面实施以来,教师对“三维目标”的理解贯彻情况忧喜参半。在轰轰烈烈的课改浪潮中,不敢“抵制”,但我行我素的“怠慢”却是不争的事实。究其根源,因素多多。结合我校实际,我们对教师慢待“三维目标”的原因作了分析。1. 对新课标学习认?
