目的调查乙型病毒性肝炎(以下简称乙肝)患者的疾病不确定感和应对方式现状,探讨两者的相关性,为临床护理干预提供依据。方法使用Mishel疾病不确定感量表和医学应对方式问卷对2014年12月~2015年6月254名乙肝患者进行问卷调查。结果乙肝及不同类型乙肝患者的疾病不确定感均处于较高水平;乙肝患者及不同类型乙肝患者均倾向于采用面对这一积极的应对方式;乙肝患者的疾病不确定感与其采取屈服的应对方式呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不同类型乙肝患者疾病不确定感较高,护理干预应该减少其不确定感,以促进患者采取面对这一积极应对方式。
Objective To investigate the status of disease uncertainty and coping style in patients with viral hepatitis B (hereinafter referred to as hepatitis B) and to explore the correlation between the two and to provide basis for clinical nursing intervention. Methods A questionnaire was conducted on 254 patients with hepatitis B between December 2014 and June 2015 using the Mishel Disease Uncertainty Scale and the Medical Coping Style Questionnaire. Results Hepatitis B and different types of hepatitis B patients are at a high level of uncertainty of the disease; Hepatitis B patients and patients with different types of hepatitis B are inclined to adopt this positive coping style; Hepatitis B patients with the disease uncertainty and its response to yield The way was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion Different types of hepatitis B patients have a higher degree of uncertainty in the disease. Nursing interventions should reduce their uncertainty so as to promote the patients to take the positive coping strategies.
