经过二年来重复试验,在辽南地区养殖周期短,水温低,鱼池连片面积较大的条件下,取得平均亩净产商品鱼252.7公斤,亩净赢利290元,饵料系数为1.37的成果。初步摸清了海水养殖罗非鱼的主要技术关键是:① 提高鱼种海水驯化的成活率;② 早放苗、放大苗、力求苗种品系纯正,充分发挥纯尼罗罗非鱼的生长优势;③ 鱼种下塘前及养成期间都要培育出良好的水质,其中溶解氧保持在3mg/ι以上,pH=7.5~8.6,氨态氮不高于O.027mg/ι,透明度控制在35~20cm,浮游植物总生物量保持在50~100mg/ι;④ 在饲养方法上,采用施肥与投饵相结合;⑤ 对溃烂病、鱼虱病、甲藻导致的赤潮提供了有效的防治方法。 本文是二年试验工作总结,着重阐述了大规格鱼种养成商品鱼的高产,稳产的技术关键和有关的一些理论问题的以及不同放养规格、放养密度与池塘产量、出池规格和商品率的关系。
