目的:研制甲氧沙林分散片。方法:运用微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联PVP等辅料制备分散片,并进行崩解时限、分散均匀性及溶出度考察,并与市售普通片进行比较。结果:甲氧沙林分散片的崩解时限、分散均匀性均符合中国药典2005年版规定。分散片的体外溶出速率较普通片快,T_d,T_(50)分别为3.2 min,2.9 min,而普通片分别为17.5 min,15.7 min。结论:筛选的处方合理,体外溶出度优于普通片。
Objective: To develop methoxsalen dispersible tablets. Methods: Dispersed tablets were prepared by using microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, cross-linked PVP and other excipients. The disintegration time, dispersion uniformity and dissolution were investigated and compared with the commercial tablets. Results: The disintegration time and dispersive uniformity of the tablets were in accordance with the 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The dissolution rate of dispersible tablets in vitro was faster than that of normal tablets. The T_d and T_ (50) were 3.2 min and 2.9 min, respectively, while the ordinary tablets were 17.5 and 15.7 min, respectively. Conclusion: The prescription of screening is reasonable and the dissolution rate in vitro is better than that of ordinary tablets.
