康乐素是根据人体每日对维生素所需要的量而加工制成的营养补品。人体不仅需要多种维生素,还需要多种化学元素,如Fe、Ca、Mg。康乐素中加有多种金属元素。采用ICAP-AES方法对其中含有的元素进行了测定。本方法试验仪器为J-A800型ICAP光电光谱仪,直角雾化器,样品溶液经稀释后直接引入等离子体进行测定。样品溶解方法:先将5g左右样品在乳钵中研磨均匀。从中称取0.1g样品放在坩埚中,在电炉上灰化后,再放在马弗炉中400℃灼烧2小时。取出冷却至室温,加入20ml 2.4M HCl分解,溶液置入100ml容量瓶中,稀释至刻度。样品溶液中金属的浓度为μg/ml。ICAP-AES法和AAS法相互校对的分析结果是一致的。标准样品要用去离子水配制。样品中各元素的分析结果(μg/g)为:Fe 0.27;Ca 1.73;Zn 0.28;Mg 1.02;P 1.40各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD%)为:Fe 0.74;Ca 1.10;Zn 0.82;Mg 1.34;P 3.95。
