10例低级别星形细胞瘤(LAG),10例分化不良性星形细胞瘤(AA)和10例多形性胶质母细胞瘤(GBM),用GE0.5T超导型MR成像机。Gd-DTPA注射0.15mmol/kg,用梯度回波动态MR成像,用感兴趣区分别测定星形胶质细胞瘤时间-信号强度变化。结果:3种不同级别肿瘤中,准T2加权上弛豫率不同,时间-信号强度曲线变化不同。随着病理级别的增加而时间-信号强度曲线增加。提示动态增强MR影像学与病理分级可作为临床选择治疗方案提供依据。
10 cases of low-grade astrocytoma (LAG), 10 cases of poorly differentiated astrocytoma (AA), and 10 cases of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) were treated with a GE0.5T superconducting MR imaging machine. Gd-DTPA was injected at 0.15mmol/kg. Gradient echo dynamic MR imaging was used to measure the time-signal intensity changes of astrocytoma in the region of interest. Results: The quasi-T2-weighted relaxation rate was different in three different grades of tumors, and the time-signal intensity curves varied. As the pathological grade increases, the time-signal intensity curve increases. It is suggested that the dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging and pathological grading can provide the basis for the clinical choice of treatment.
