我厂始建于1958年,是一个国有县属企业,现有干部职工500多人,固定资产1880万元,有6台纸机三条生产线,年综合生产能力达万吨,主要产品有书写纸、有光纸、双胶纸等品种。产品辐射本省及沿海、江西、昆明、武汉、上海等11个省市。 1996年初,我厂党委一班人认真总结经验,客观地分析形势,一致认为:面对芦苇、液氯、煤、碱等原辅材料大幅度涨价和产品销价逐渐回落的市场压力,只有按市场经济的要求管好企业内部成本,企业才能跳出亏损的圈子。决定认真学习邯钢管理经验,切实抓好目标成本管理,通过降低成本来消化减利因素,赢得了较好的效益。
