随着科技的发展,在国民经济中占重要地位的传统机械加工领域发生了很大的变化,并在一系列新技术的运用过程中产生了一个新的名词:极限制造。极限制造是指与常规加工参数及加工精度相比的各种极限加工和超精密加工。简述了极限制造的基本概念及所包含的主要内容,综述了极限制造领域的各种最新的发展,在此基础上进一步指出了极限制造领域的几个关键问题及今后的发展趋势。
With the development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in the field of traditional machining, which occupies an important position in the national economy, and a new term has emerged in the process of application of a series of new technologies: extreme manufacturing. Extreme manufacturing refers to a variety of extreme machining and ultra-precision machining compared with conventional machining parameters and machining accuracy. The basic concepts and the main contents of the limit manufacturing are briefly described. The latest developments in the field of ultimate manufacturing are reviewed. Based on these, some key issues in the field of ultimate manufacturing and the future development trends are also pointed out.
