我县位于湖北省西南部,地处长江中游南岸江汉平原向鄂西山区的过渡地带。这里气侯温和、雨量充沛,山林覆盖面较大,适宜多种菌类生长发育,野生食用菌种类很多。为了弄清本地资源并充分加以利用,笔者近几年对全县野生菌的分布及种类进行了初步调查,现将其中食用价值较高的主要菌种作如下介绍。 一、种类及其分布 l.圆锥羊肚菌(Morchella conicaPers.)俗称羊肚菌。分类上属子囊菌纲盘菌目马鞍菌科牛肚菌属。春末夏初生于林下湿地上,子实体群生或散生。菌盖近圆锥形,顶端稍尖,高约10厘米,直径2.5—3厘
