目的探索农村健康村创建机制。方法坚持行政村自愿申报的原则,市卫生局组织对申报村调研,确定年度健康村创建村,并在相邻的行政村设立对照村,根据“健康村评价指标体系”要求,开展基线调查,全面实施干预,评价创建效果。结果通过健康村创建,建立了各部门协作协调机制,激发了创建热情,健康环境与健康服务明显改善,村民健康水平明显提高,健康知识知晓率达88.52%,健康行为形成率达76.57%。结论健康村创建要坚持政府主导,部门联动,对照标准,严格要求,健全三项保障体系,推行三项创新机制,开展三项创建活动,确保健康村创建卓有成效。
Objective To explore the mechanism of rural health village creation.
