目的:调查分析某地区食品细菌污染状况,提出相对应的防范措施。方法根据《国家食品安全风险监测工作手册》要求,2012年对68家市售食品经营单位肉与肉制品、蛋制品等监测资料进行调查分析。结果7大类84份样品中,总合格率53.76%,果蔬类大肠杆菌检查率最高5(41.67%),其次是肉及肉制品2(16.67%),副溶血性弧菌污染检出率为15.00%,其次为金黄色葡萄球菌,检出率为8.62%。结论相关部门要加大食品安全风险监测力度,搞好食品加工零售环节的监督管理,强化人们食品安全意识,提高自我保护能力,把食品污染对居民健康危害降低到最小程度。“,”Objective:To Investigation analysis food bacteria pol ution condition , and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
