本文介绍的是能够定量测出高质量光学玻璃均匀性的合干涉图法。该方法能够同时测量出均匀性的线性及非线性变化量,且操作过程比全息法大大简化。测量精度为±1×10~-6。
This article presents a coherent interferogram method that can quantify the homogeneity of high quality optical glass. The method can simultaneously measure the linear and non-linear variation of the uniformity, and the operation process is greatly simplified than the holographic method.
