目的 探讨人体组织生物样本库建设,标本收集、保存、质最控制、管理及应用等有关问题.方法 制定标准化操作流程,收取配套新鲜冷冻组织、石蜡包埋组织、全血、血清、血浆、脑脊液等标本,按不同要求处理分装,常规、液氮或-80℃超低温冰箱冷冻保存,应用数据库管理系统进行信息化管理.结果 从2004年9月至2008年9月共收集各类疾病标本504个病种,11872例33137管份,至今已向省内外提供新鲜冷冻组织标本2500例4360管,应用于DNA、RNA、蛋白提取及组织芯片、免疫组织化学等的相关性研究.结论 人体组织生物样本库的建立,有利于有效利用不可再生的人体组织标本资源,随时提供符合要求的良恶性疾病标本和正常对照标本;有利于探讨疾病的致病机制、开发疾病早期榆测新技术和新的治疗策略.
