目的 :观察抗高热I号合剂 (AFMI)对发热家兔脑脊液前列腺素E(PGE)、环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)含量的影响。方法 :用肺炎双球菌感染家兔 ,造成发热模型 ,提前应用AFMI合剂及以两种不同剂量于家兔体温达到高峰时应用 ,观测家兔脑脊液PGE、cAMP含量的变化并进行比较。结果 :发热家兔脑脊液PGE、cAMP含量异常升高 (P <0 0 1) ,AFMI可显著降低发热家兔脑脊液中异常升高的PGE和cAMP的含量 (P <0 0 1) ,最佳剂量为 2 6 2 5g·kg-1,提前应用AFMI,可阻抑感染家兔脑脊液中PGE、cAMP的合成释放。结论 :AFMI具有良好的解热降温作用
Objective : To observe the effect of anti-hyperthermia I mixture (AFMI) on cerebrospinal fluid prostaglandin E (PGE) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in rabbits with fever. METHODS: Infected rabbits with pneumococcus, resulting in fever model, application of AFMI mixture in advance and application of two different doses in the peak temperature of rabbits, observing the changes of PGE and cAMP in rabbit cerebrospinal fluid and comparing them. RESULTS: The PGE and cAMP levels in the cerebrospinal fluid of rabbits with fever were abnormally elevated (P < 0.01). AFMI can significantly reduce the abnormally elevated levels of PGE and cAMP in the cerebrospinal fluid of rabbits with fever (P <0 01). The application of AFMI at 2 6 25 g·kg -1 in advance could inhibit the release of PGE and cAMP in the cerebrospinal fluid of infected rabbits. Conclusion : AFMI has good antipyretic and cooling effect
