“大容量、快节奏、高难度”仍然是中学数学教学的主流模式。这种模式能在短期内取得较好的教学效果,但伴随这种教学模式而来的问题也很多:师生、家长倍感疲惫;学生的学习压力越来越大,厌学的情绪也越来越重;两极分化也越来越明显。有人说教育是慢的艺术。慢的教育是在尊重中唤醒、在等待中自悟、在放手中满足、在赞美中提升。所以,数学教师要学会在高效课堂的快车道上开慢车。
“Large capacity, fast paced, difficult ” is still the mainstream model of high school mathematics teaching.
