目的观察大面积脑梗塞患者血小板表达血小板内皮细胞粘附分子-1(PECAM-1)、P选择素的改变及意义。方法采用全血法流式细胞术测定大面积急性脑梗塞患者血小板PECAM-1、P选择素的表达水平,并与中、小面积脑梗塞比较。结果大面积脑梗塞组1d及2 d血小板PECAM-1显著高于中、小面积组(P<0.05),至5 d、7 d、14 d,其差别没有显著性意义(P>0.05);大面积脑梗塞组1 d、2 d、5 d血小板P选择素显著高于中、小面积组(P<0.05);7 d时显著高于小面积组(P<0.05);至14 d时,差别没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论血小板PECAM-1、P选择素参与了脑梗塞的病理过程。
Objective To observe the changes of platelet-derived endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (PECAM-1) and P-selectin in patients with large area cerebral infarction. Methods Whole blood flow cytometry was used to determine the expression of P-selectin and P-selectin in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The results were compared with that of middle and small-area cerebral infarction. Results The PECAM-1 level of cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of middle and small area on the 1st day and the 2nd day (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the 5th day, the 7th day and the 14th day (P> 0.05). P selectin of large area cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that of middle and small area on the 1st, 2nd, 5th day (P <0.05), and was significantly higher than that of the small area on the 7th day (P <0.05) , The difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Platelet PECAM-1 and P-selectin are involved in the pathological process of cerebral infarction.
