将能力倾向测验用于企业劳动人事调配,在我国尚属尝试阶段。本文通过科研、教学和企业三位一体的途径,选择和研制测验材料。通过对上海儿童食品厂四十二名新职工现场测验和追踪研究,运用SPSS~x 软件包对测验结果作统计处理,得出如下初步结论:1.本组测验具有满意的信度(分半法信度系数为0.94)和一定的效度(六个分测验中预测效度高的达0.58,P<0.001)2.食品生产流水线操作工人的能力倾向同文化考试成绩及智力商数的关系不大。3.运用SPSS~x 因子分析程序,可以找出食品生产流水线操作工人心理特征的基本结构,并能简化测验指标。4.企业职工的选拔是一个多因素的复杂问题。在一定的控制条件下,能力倾向测验可以作为劳动人事调配的参考依据。
The use of aptitude test for enterprise labor personnel deployment is still at an experimental stage in China. This paper selects and develops test materials through the Trinity approach of scientific research, teaching, and business. Through the on-site test and follow-up study of 42 new employees at the Shanghai Children’s Food Factory, the statistical results of the test results were analyzed using the SPSS~x software package. The following preliminary conclusions were obtained: 1. This test has satisfactory reliability (half in half The law reliability coefficient is 0.94) and a certain degree of validity (the predictive validity is as high as 0.58 in the six subtests, P<0.001). 2. The relationship between the aptitude of food production line operators and cultural test scores and intelligence quotients Not great. 3. The SPSS~x factor analysis program can be used to find out the basic structure of the psychological characteristics of the food production line operations workers and simplify the testing indicators. 4. The selection of employees is a complex and multi-factorial problem. Under certain control conditions, aptitude test can be used as a reference for labor personnel deployment.
