近几年来,我们对鼻部手术如鼻息肉摘除术及上颌窦根治术,改变过去鼻息肉摘除术后鼻腔内填塞凡士林纱条及上颌窦根治术后窦腔内填塞雷佛奴尔纱条的方法,采用手术后不加压填塞而改用鼻腔内和窦腔内轻轻放入适量明胶海绵的方法,窦腔内同时需放适量抗菌素。一般每侧鼻腔内只需放一小块,窦腔内约需放三小块。我们共观察鼻息肉摘除术134例,上颌窦根治术44例,效果满意。通过这一改进,我们的体会是: 1.要求术者对整个手术操作过程做到稳、准、轻,尽量减少和避免不应有的损伤。 2.解除了过去手术后鼻腔、窦腔内填塞所造成的压迫性头痛,以及避免了因为抽去填塞物后出血的疼痛,术后患者几乎无特殊不适感。 3.178例手术患者中,无一例发生手术后出血。
