手术治疗慢性闭角性青光眼,首先必须确定采用那种手术,周边虹膜切除术,还是滤过性手术。作者对1989年至1974年间,所作虹膜切除术或滤帘切除术的40名患者(共57只眼)进行了观察。随诊时间3—54个月,平均12个月。无视野缺损的31只眼中,29眼术前平均眼压(药物控制下,下同)为25mmHg,行虹膜切除术,其后,20眼不用药眼压可控制;8眼用药眼压可控制,仅1眼眼压术前及术后均不能满意控制(眼压在20—30mmHg之间)。其余,2眼术前平均眼压为26mmHg,行滤帘切除术后,不用药眼压均可控制。该31眼中30眼术后眼压均低于21mmHg。
