超干花生种子 (含水量 2 .11% )在常温条件下能显著地延长种子耐藏期。超干燥贮藏过程中 ,种子内部清除活性氧的酶 ( SOD、 POD、 CAT)系统仍保持较高的活性 ,MDA和挥发性醛产生量较低。结果认为对脂质过氧化的抑制作用是超干种子耐贮藏的生理原因之一。
Super dry peanut seeds (water content 2.11%) at room temperature can significantly extend the seed shelf life. During ultra-dry storage, the activities of active oxygen (SOD, POD, CAT) in the seeds remained high and MDA and volatile aldehydes were low. The results suggest that the inhibition of lipid peroxidation is one of the physiological reasons for the ultra-dry seed storage.
