面对基建压缩、建筑市场竞争激烈的形势,我公司努力提高全员质量意识,加强全面质量管理,坚持以提高工程质量为核心,确立质量否决权,实行优质优价政策,从而保证了工程质量。1990年工程优良品率30.29%,创省优质工程3项;1991年优良品率31.84%,创省、市优质工程8项。连年被评为河北省质量管理先进单位。总结我们的作法,主要有以下几个方面: 一、提高全员质量意识开展全面质量管理,我们从抓全员质量意识入手,广泛宣传、教育职工。
