电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定尿液中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)和铅(Pb)5种重金属元素。尿液稀释4倍后直接测量,其中Cr、Mn、Ni元素用碰撞模式(KED)测定,钴(Co)为内标元素;Cd元素用标准模式(STD)测定,铟(In)为内标元素;Pb元素用STD测定,铋(Bi)为内标元素。方法精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.9%~4.0%之间,相关系数均大于0.999。Cr、Mn、Ni、Cd、Pb 5种元素检出限分别为0.233、0.074、0.197、0.017、0.054μg/L,加标回收率为88%~115%。提示,该方法准确快速,前处理简便,适用于大批量尿液样品多元素检测。
ICP-MS was used to determine the contents of five heavy metals including chromium, manganese, nickel, cadmium and lead in urine. Urine was directly diluted by 4-fold dilution. Cr, Mn and Ni were determined by KED and cobalt as internal standard. Cd was determined by standard mode (STD) and indium Element; Pb element with STD determination, bismuth (Bi) as the internal standard element. The method has good precision and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is between 0.9% and 4.0%, and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999. The detection limits of five elements of Cr, Mn, Ni, Cd and Pb were 0.233,0.074,0.197,0.017,0.054μg / L, respectively. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 88% to 115%. Tip, the method is accurate and fast, pre-treatment is simple, suitable for large quantities of urine samples multi-element detection.
