西部中小学教师培训工作经过多年的实践,已积累了较丰富的经验,培训工作也取得了一定成绩。但总体上看,该类地区中小学教师综合素质较差,培训工作有待进一步规范和加强,培训任务艰巨。建立规范的培训基地;组建理论水平高、实践经验丰富、熟悉中小学教育教学的培训教师队伍,提高培训质量;选择适合教师需要的培训内容,提高培训效果;设立培训管理机构,合理规划,科学管理;建立健全科学而有特色的长效培训机制,教师培训制度化,是西部中小学教师培训工作中需要重点解决的问题。
