加快推进薄弱学校的建设,是政府立足基础教育的现状,创建和谐教育的重大举措;是为实现教育公平,满足公众对优质教育资源的渴求等以人为本的体现。蟠龙小学是广州市白云区比较薄弱的学校,要改变这一现状,除了依靠上级部门政策支持外,最重要的还是要靠学校内部的“自救”。近几年,蟠龙小学对自身“薄弱”的问题进行了深层诊断,鼓励全校师生以创建特色学校为契机,走内涵发展之路,从而使学校在逆境中奋起!
