素质教育要求我们必须不断更新教育观念,改进课堂教学方式、方法和手段,提高学习质量,使每个学生获得最大限度地发展。那么,如何优化数学课堂教学从而更好地为素质教育服务呢?一、优化教学组织,启迪学生思维教学是一门科学,同时也是一门艺术。传统的以“教学为中心”的满堂灌、填鸭式的教学方式,它已成为素质教育难以容忍的教学模式。所以有了以学生为主体,教师为主导的二主方针的提出,这是现代教学论获得的重要成果。
