运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法等研究方法 ,对我国 34所高等师范院校课余训练的现状进行了调查与研究。结果显示 ,目前我国高等师范院校课余训练的状况不容乐观 ,存在训练项目布局不合理、训练经费短缺、训练时间不足、参训学生数量少、水平低、教练员训练能力不高等问题 ,并提出了发展对策。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, the status quo of after-class training in 34 normal colleges and universities in China was investigated and studied. The results show that at present the situation of after-class training in higher normal colleges and universities in our country is not optimistic. There are some problems such as unreasonable training program layout, shortage of training funds, lack of training time, low number of students participating in the training, low training capacity of trainers, Development strategy.
