以某机载雷达为例,给出了确定雷达电磁损伤中部件重要度的评价指标,融合雷达的结构信息以及专家的判断,将定性指标与定量指标相结合,通过10/10~18/2标度将专家的定性判断量化,再利用层次分析法得到雷达部件的功能重要性,然后与通过对雷达结构的分析获得的雷达部件的结构重要性进行加权平均最终确定了某机载雷达各部件的重要度.结果表明该方法可以综合考虑定性指标和定量指标,减少了人为主观因素的不利影响,所得结果具有较强的客观性和合理性,为开展雷达的战伤抢修奠定了一定的基础。
Taking an airborne radar as an example, an evaluation index for determining the importance of components in the radar electromagnetic damage is given. The structural information of the fusion radar and expert judgment are given. The qualitative index and the quantitative index are combined, and through 10/10 ~ 18/2 The scales quantify the expert’s qualitative judgment, and then use the analytic hierarchy process to get the functional importance of the radar components.
