Objective To understand the personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in the Beijing Military Region Hospital in 2013 and provide the basis for improving the occupational exposure monitoring and management. Methods A total of 953 radiological practitioners in the hospital were studied, and the distribution of abnormal values of occupational exposure to radiotherapy practitioners was analyzed. Results There were 39 individuals (4.09%) with abnormal personal dose monitoring data. The reason was that man-made dosimeter exposure or medical exposure did not belong to occupational exposure. Dose exposure time of at least 2 years, up to 34 years to 5 to 9 years were the majority, accounting for 56.41%. Interventional radiation practitioners personal dose monitoring abnormalities higher frequency. Conclusion The radiation doses accepted by most radiation workers in Beijing Military Region Hospital meet the national limit requirements and the overall protection is better.
