在以生为本的理念下,数学教学不是要甄别出适合数学教育的学生,而是要在充分尊重每个孩子认知特点和原始能力的基础上,创造出更加适合孩子的数学课堂。基于此,作为数学教师,就应该充分挖掘每个孩子的巨大潜力,尊重每个孩子客观存在的差异性,从他们的个性特征入手,顺应他们的认知规律,从而构建适合每个孩子发展的数学课堂。因此,本文提出要紧扣生活资源,让数学引领每个孩子成长;相信每个学生,让数学促进内在潜力开发;尊重认知规律,让学生形成自主学习意识,从而为学生数学能力的提升奠基。
Under the concept of students-oriented, mathematics teaching is not to identify students who are suitable for mathematics education. Instead, mathematics classroom should be created based on full cognition and original ability of each child. Based on this, as a math teacher, we should fully tap the huge potential of each child, respect each child’s objective existence differences, start from their personality traits, conform to their cognitive rules, so as to build a suitable for each child’s development Math class. Therefore, this paper puts forward that we should make the most of the resources of life, let mathematics lead the growth of each child, believe each student to let mathematics promote the development of its intrinsic potential, respect the law of cognition, let the students form the awareness of autonomous learning, and lay a foundation for the improvement of students’ mathematical abilities. .
