本实验观察了不吸水链霉菌代谢产物(简称SAMP)对常见的浅部真菌和白色念珠菌、新型隐球菌在体内、体外的抗菌作用。结果表明,SAMP在体外有明显抗真菌作用,其效果与二性霉素日相近。SAMP可明显降低白色念珠菌血行感染和新型隐球菌脑内感染小鼠的死亡率。提示SAMP对真菌有明显抑制作用
This experiment observed the non-absorbable Streptomyces metabolites (SAMP) on the common shallow fungi and Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans in vitro and in vivo antibacterial effect. The results showed that SAMP has obvious antifungal effect in vitro and its effect is similar to that of amphotericin. SAMP significantly reduced the mortality of C. albicans bloodstream infection and C. neoformans infected mice. SAMP showed a significant inhibitory effect on fungi
