In promoting the construction of a learning society in Shanghai, the community education curriculum relying on the four-level network of cities, districts, towns, and villages has been very active. Of course, it is gratifying to see some brand courses and special courses offered by schools that compete for students to register and demand exceeds supply. However, it is undeniable that the curriculum offered by community schools in many places is still very irregular: there are Some of the teaching content is old, unchanged for many years; some organizations at random, the lack of clear teaching objectives and scientific teaching links; some activities seem very lively, but the participants have little actual gain; some do not even have the basic course content , Purely in singing and dancing, self-entertainment, spontaneous activities similar to loose sand type ... ... In short, as an educational activity, can not reflect the basic educational factors.
