北京举办2008年奥运会需要大批的竞赛干部和其他相关人员,他们的个人素质、工作水平的高与低,直接关系到我国首次组织举办奥运会的成与败。因此,如何抓好各种人才的培训工作,为奥运会提供高水平、高素质的人才支持和智力保障,是目前急需研究的问题。从理论上阐述了对教育理念和教育功能以及跨文化交流等问题的再认识,强调了在2008年奥运会各类人才的培训工作中,要体现“以人为本,人文奥运”的教育理念,增强“跨文化交流”的意识,拓展体育教育的功能,加强奥林匹克主义思想的传播与研究,并提出了抓好竞赛干部和其他相关人员培训工作的初步设想。
Beijing’s 2008 Olympic Games requires a large number of contestants and other relevant personnel. Their personal qualities and high or low levels of work directly affect the success or failure of organizing and hosting the Olympic Games in our country for the first time. Therefore, how to do a good job of training various kinds of talents and provide high-level and high-quality personnel support and intelligence support for the Olympic Games is an issue that urgently needs research. It expounds the re-understanding of educational philosophy, educational function and cross-cultural exchange in theory. It emphasizes that in the training of all kinds of talents for the 2008 Olympic Games, it is necessary to reflect the education concept of “people-oriented and humanistic Olympics” and enhance “Cross-cultural exchange ” consciousness, expand the function of physical education, strengthen the dissemination and research of Olympicism thought, and put forward to do a good job of contest cadre and other related personnel training preliminary tentative plan.
